„The Golden Alaska Lodge was such a treat. We loved staying away from town, the views of Silver Bay are amazing. It is such a peaceful home. The house is very clean, very well equipped for anything you may need. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed the spa and sauna after long days of fishing. Brian and Christine were great to work with. I definitely recommend booking this house if you are visiting Sitka!“

Very comfortable, safe, friendly place and town. Laundry worked well. Food: Beak for dinner twice, Highliner for coffee, bagels, breakfast sandwiches 4 times, Wildflower Bakery. Highly recommend! Katy and Jack have a great VRBO-stay there if you are in Sitka!“

Street noise was a bit annoying, but the loud music at night from the bar next door that continued until 2am made it hard to sleep. Regardless still rated a 5 because the spot was that amazing. “

„We enjoyed our stay, property was just what we needed...a place to sleep, shower and minimal cooking for a few days. Bed is against the wall on one side and squeaked when you rolled over, but that was the only downside to our stay. Overall we would give it an excellent rating.“
