„Bed & pillows were comfy. Location near stadium was amazing. From the description, I was not expecting anyone to be at a reception desk, so that was surprising. I didn't know their hours and was surprised to see them later in the evening. They said that they would text us when our room was ready, but they didn't. When we went back at 3:15, our room was ready. I could have used more interaction with them related to restaurants and a city map. There didn't seem to be anything readily available. “

„I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!“

„People were dealing/smoking drugs outside or just sitting in their cars. Also I had to put out a cigarette but fire outside the hotel. When trying to find water to put out said fire all ice machines and water fountains were not functioning. Otherwise it was clean, great front desk service and awesome location.“

„Malik’s home was just right for our family! We did bring a couple of air mattresses as we have 5 boys. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone! We were able to spread out to relax and watch movies. The hot tub was a big hit! We used the kitchen for a couple of meals, which worked great. His communication was clear and prompt. “
