„Wow, where do I begin? Amazing place, the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed at. Ignore the previous post about ants. There were no ants anywhere, the place was absolutely clean & spotless. The lake was amazing. We caught bass, blue gills, and catfish. The catfish were well over 3 pounds. Ice cold air conditioning and a fabulous kitchen. We loved the chairs and couches and the pool table. I can't find one thing to critique. We already plan to return again!“

„Awesome little cabin for long weekend away, but still big enough for our family of 6. Kids loved being able to walk out the door and fish the river. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. Hostess was great to work with and super responsive, everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay again!“

„This is a great house if you’re visiting either university in town. 3 to 5 minutes from either one. It was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated! Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms for multiple people getting ready at the same time“

„This "Little Blue Cottage" is wonderful--so much so that after our first stay in June, we re-booked in July on our trip back home. Tastefully decorated with all the creature comforts. Kitchen is great with a nice Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamers. Erica has done an excellent job managing this. She was always available for my questions and was great getting back to me. Next time we are in Kirksville, we will book our trip around the availability of this cottage!!“

„This house was perfect for my family to stay in. Our family was having a reunion in Thousand Hills State Park and this was just a short drive away. I SO appreciated that there were a few little toys for my kids to play with. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend! “

„The cabin rental was a great stay. Had some connection problems with the t.v. couldn't get past the check out date. The wifi was easy to hook up. The cabin was clean and smelled fresh. Did have some problems with ants on the countertop. Great place to stay, enjoyed our visit.“

„This beautiful, clean, modern cabin was set in such a wonderful, secluded, peaceful location. If you are looking for a unique & quiet place to decompress and get away from the busyness of life, this is your place. Gorgeous countryside. We loved making s’mores in the fire pit at night and listening to the cows, horses, owls, coyotes, and birds.“
