"Tout était tres bien"

"Ruhig gelegen mit Blick über die Bucht, nur 150m zum Sandstrand "Lori Beach", Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns in dem gut gepflegten mediterranen Ambiente zu jeder Tageszeit und Wetterlage gut aufgehoben gefühlt, und für unseren Mietwagen gab es einen Schattenparkplatz in der Garage. Während unseres 4-tägigen Aufenthalts waren alle Beschäftigte des Hotels immer freundlich, hilfsbereit, kompetent und offen. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und lecker, wir hatten immer landestypische Zutaten, andere Wünsche waren aber auch möglich. Unser Zimmer mit Balkon und schnellem Wi-Fi war angenehm und ruhig, der Zimmerservice war sehr gut. Echte 4 Sterne!"

"Overall, a great hotel with a superb location: direct access to the beach (not sand) and beautiful pool area. The restaurant has a great view of the sea and the hotel (only rooms with sea view) have a great view. Hotel is well located with restaurants and shopping areas around the corner, “downtown” Saranda is a good ten-minute walk away. Receptionist called taxis upon request. Breakfast buffet was decent. All in all good stay. However, the pool area and the beach area, which both included lounge beds and chairs, were left carelessly and did not get cleaned up at night or seemingly in general. The beds had stains all over them, were left randomly around the area, and seemed to not be well taken care of. No trash cans at the beach area, which meant trash and bottles strewn around. You can only pay cash at the bar, which is inconvenient. Few vegetarian options at the restaurant. The reception was not staffed at night and we had to wait to get help with an unknown noise (turned out it was a bird that had nested in the roof). All in all, a good concept but not well executed."

"Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in Ksamil benötigt. Es ist sehr sauber und das Personal total freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß erreicht man innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten sämtliche Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte und vieles mehr."

" Our stay at the Art Hotel was thoroughly enjoyable. The room was clean, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which was spacious with comfortable loungers and music that perfectly matched our taste. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all preferences. The staff, although young, were very friendly and attentive. We also watched the EM game at the hotel and enjoyed a meal, along with two complimentary shots. Additionally, the Lost Seaside Beach Club is within walking distance, adding to the convenience of our stay. Overall, the Art Hotel provided a wonderful experience that we highly recommend. "

"Liegt etwas abseits. Unser Zimmer war zu Straße ausgerichtet, auf der viel Verkehr war. Nachts haben wir davon gar nichts mitbekommen, denn es war alles super isoliert. Das Frühstück ist auch super!"
