„We loved our stay at the treehouse! Such a neat place. Literally has trees growing through it. Slightly challenging to find, but Filipe was so wonderful with getting us there and really gave us so much extra help! What a kind and super helpful host. „We had a wonderful stay at Casa Magica. Maria, the in-house cook, made many delicious and authentic Ecuadorian dishes including Guatita (we requested) which was unusual and excellent. Carmen was an ever attentive housekeeper, keeping the fire going in the living room on the colder nights! "Schöne Unterkunft in guter Lage zur Altstadt. Das Zimmer ist quasi eine Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber. Äußerst freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück kann selbst zubereitet werden. Alles was man dafür benötigt wird in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Wurst, Käse, Eier, Marmelade, Butter, Säfte, frisches Obst, frisches Gemüse und frisches Brot. Man ist bei der Buchung von Ausflügen behilflich."

"Alles war wirklich wunderbar, das Hotel ist in einem wunderschönen alten Haus untergebracht, extrem sauber, sehr zentral und doch völlig ruhig, gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal...nichts könnte besser sein. Ind doch haben wir uns am Ende sehr geärgert. Beim ersten Duschen am 3. Tag stellte sich heraus, dass es kein warmes Wasser gab, auch nicht nach langem Hin und Her. Beim Auschecken wollte man uns dann 20 $ in Rechnung stellen mit der Begründung, wir seien schuld, weil wir den Mischhebel beschädigt hätten! Nach unserem empörten Protest hat man darauf verzichtet, dennoch hat uns diese Sache sehr geärgert."

"Unangemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: wir haben für das DZ gut 70 € bezahlt. Das Zimmer war sehr schlicht, fensterlos, etwas Licht kam von einer Glasplatte an der Decke, minimale Ausstattung mit Hygiene-Artikeln im Bad. Das Frühstück bei diesem Preis eine pure Unverschämtheit. Fazit: ein schönes Haus mit einem sehr schönen Innenhof - der Rest zum Vergessen!"
