„Topbewertung für das Apartment Nr 807 in einer großen Anlage von unterschiedlichen Eigentümern, managed by Xeliter in einem Gebäude dessen Charme einem öffentlichen Krankenhaus gleichkommt. Die Poolanlage und der Strand haben eine tolle Karibikoptik. Die Lage erfordert bei längerem Aufenthalt ein Fahrzeug, Sicherheit und Garage sind includiert. Für Gäste, die im Meer schwimmen wollen, oder Wassersportler ist der schöne Strand ungeeignet, da das Wasser bis zu einer etwa 300 m vorgelagerten ...

„We were here for a month. The building and facilties were clean and well taken care of. The staff was attentive and very helpful. Very close walking distance to a beautiful beach. Plenty of restaurants and food options. Tours and buses also available. The pool was great and they do have a "hot tub" but it's not warm or hot water. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.“

„Beautiful villa that is a short 5 minute walk or 30 second drive to the beach. Plenty of room with 3BR, 3.5 bath with nice pool and rooftop terrace. AC units are in all 3 bedrooms and living room as well so the place stays nice and cool. This villa is in a VERY secure and safe area, security entering and exiting the community is strict and I always felt comfortable. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. There is also a maid who can come by and cook for guests, she prepared some ...

„The apartment is modern, clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Located in a modern tower by the sea side with a beautiful pool. It was a very relaxing stay. We really enjoyed it, especially the amazing view of the sea. The owner is very responsive to communication s and made sure everything was ok. “

„Wendy’s place in was lovely, the pool was fun for cooling off and the house supplied with all the necessary cooking appliances. Wendy was quick to respond to communications and helped with any needs we had. There was a small issue with the security at the entrance not letting us in despite having our names on a list, but Wendy was quick to help resolve the issue. It is definitely a secure, quiet neighborhood. “

„The host was very accommodating. We extended our stay from the 2 days to 4 days to 6 days. Marbella condominiums is an ideally located on a beautiful beach, close to great restaurants and convenient stores. Juan Dolio is very safe and friendly.“

"Etwas älteres All-Inclusive-Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind etwas älter, Sauberkeit ist aber gegeben. Von den Spezialitätenrestaurants können wir das Don Pablo und das Takara empfehlen. Wir haben dort sehr gut gegessen und einen hervorragenden Service erlebt. Nicht so gut war unsere Erfahrung im El Pescador. Dieses Restaurant befindet sich im Schwestern-Hotel La Romana, ist aber im All-Inclusive-Angebot des Bouganville enthalten. Hier war ein deutlicher Qualitätsunterschied zu den anderen beiden Spezialitäten-Restaurants zu spüren. Die bestellten Gericht waren durchschnittlich, der Service um Klassen schlechter. "
