„Spacious, comfortable place to stay right by the lake. Safe neighborhood, secure parking, and the bilingual host treats you like family. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Luis and his wonderful family are very knowledgeable about the area and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend!“

„Checkin was a bit of a pain because we arrived very late opening the lock boxes for the keys were a pain, but even though it was nearly midnight the manager answered right away. Loved the changing views out over the town and the volcano, totally amazing. My favorite place when in the condo was in front of the livingroom window. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the locals are warm and friendly. It's easy to get around town on foot but the walk from the condo is a bit of a trek, however, ...

„We really loved staying here. Rolando and his family were super welcoming and at the same time gave privacy in the apartment. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and loved being a bit away from the town but still close enough where it was a 30 min. walk or 5 min. drive. We had a rental car for this trip but noticed taxis were also available. The property is also within 20 min. of a National Park for good hiking. „El propietario es uno de los peores con los que he tenido un trato. Se desentendio de mi reservacion. Cuando yo me llame, dijo que no tenía reservacion y lo rento a alguien más. Fue un descarado y no ayudo en nada. Me disgusto mucho esa persona.“

„The property was great. Spacious, well furnished, clean, close to the main street. Easy access to shopping, transportation. The manager was easy to reach and very helpful. The building was very secure with a gated entry, alarmed building at night. The gardens are absolutely beautiful on the property. I will most definitely stay here again.“

At the end of our stay we felt like we were part of the family. Their hospitality can’t be beaten. Seriously, don’t stay anywhere else. „We loved our stay in Cotacochi. We stayed nearly 3 months total. This must be the nicest rental in the whole area. Comfortable furniture, nice linens, an extremely well stocked kitchen and close to everything. Because the house is behind a walled fence and surrounds by mostly residential it was very quiet. Internet is reliable and the local property manager is extremely responsive. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again if we are ever in the area again. “

„Plenty of room for our group of 12. The owner even came over and helped us start a fire, for the cold nights! Also had periodical cleaning which was an added bonus. Only issue we had is the downstairs shower only had cold water so we had to share the 2 upstairs between 12 folks. Not ideal but was do able. Great house in a quiet part of town.“

"⭐️ Guter Preis 18$ Zimmer ⭐️ Einfacher und freundlicher Checkin ⭐️ Warmwasser vorhanden über beheizten Duschkopf 😁 ⭐️ Wlan vorhanden auch im Zimmer 104 ⭐️ Ich konnte gut schlafen 😴 da mein Zimmerfenster Richtung Flur war. Pünktlich um 7:00 Uhr hat der Baulärm von der nahegelegenen Baustelle 🏗️ begonnen, siehe Video."
