„We stayed here for a friends’ wedding in Carmel. Everything was 20 mins or less away, including yummy food, beautiful beaches and views. It was really easy communicating with the host-BJ responded quickly to my questions. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the backyard hangs. The neighborhood is quiet and had easy freeway access- but far enough to feel away from it. “

„We had a great stay overall—beautiful view and the place was very clean. However, I was disappointed to find that the duvet and pillows didn’t seem to have been cleaned--ever. The duvet, in particular, was extremely dirty, which was a letdown after seeing how spotless the rest of the home was. Thankfully, I found clean blankets in the closet and used those instead. I’d strongly recommend the owner either replace the comforter with a washable one or ensure it’s laundered between guests. It’s a ...

„A wonderful apartment with everything you need during a stay - actually even more. Plus the magnificent view of the Pacific Ocean with a roaring background. And not forgetting the hummingbirds on the balcony. Perfect for exploring Monterey and Big Sur. And as our route took us further south and Highway 1 was unfortunately still closed - perfect.“

„Such a cozy and pretty place for our family to rest in-between bouts of beach play. Nice to have big walk-in rain shower, murphy bed for kids, beach chairs and such to grab everyday, and boardgames for the nights. Incredible bed in the bedroom, with incline and massag options.“

„This was the most incredible property ever. The views were unbelievable and the amenities were endless. The location could not be more idyllic. The house was fully equipped with everything we could’ve needed. The decor was tasteful and immaculate. We had such a lovely stay here and I would stay again in a heartbeat! „Bryana was a fantatic host and the room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great use of the space and close to lots of beaches and yummy restaurants and shopping. The sauna was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Highly recommend!“

„Everything about the room was great. View was amazing, very clean. The only down side was the thin walls and echoing from outside of the room. There were some other very noisy guests that echoed off of the cement walls, and the noise travelled in to our room pretty loudly. “

„Stayed at the beach house for the weekend with extended family over Mother’s Day weekend (grandparents, adult children spouses, grandchildren). The views were great and and steps away from the beach. Be prepared for lots of steps and bring soap/foil for cooking. Otherwise house was fully-stocked. Plenty of towels and bedding. It was confident to have a laundry machine for washing clothes that got wet from the ocean. Stairs are not the most child friendly (youngest member is almost 2yo) and ...

„Had a great stay here. The checkin process was a little different. Was suppose to get the code for the front door sent to me via email but had to wait outside while I contacted the host for the code, but they responded pretty quick so it wasn't too much of a hassel. Property was very nice. Great views and close enough to the places we wanted to go to. Room was nice, clean, and bed was pretty comfortable. Overall had a great stay.“

"Was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Puke in the shower, blood on the sheets, room was super compact, only room to stand up and leave. Asked for a new room, and the it was the same thing, hair all over the sheets, stains and no decent lights."
