„I stayed in room 1111 and was very excited. The apartment is huge, and bright and offers comfortable equipment (including an iron, washer, dryer, and many kitchen appliances). The only small minuses: it is quite noisy and the Wi-Fi is very slow (movies can not be streamed).“

„We were moved to Factor Row due to lease cancelation at Canal. Apartment was clean and nicely furnished. A/c Stooped working and we had to move units. The staff responded quickly to inquiry. Clise walk to eveything. I would stay again.“

„Everything was awesome with the exception of the quality of the garage. I was uncertain if it closed or being renovated. There wasn’t any direction on instruction where to go or get around in the garage. I didn’t not feel safe at all.“

„Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich schön am Wasser gelegen, doch sehr ab von der City. Wir erkundigten uns vorher, ob es einen Bus gibt, der in die City fährt, was uns vor Ort mitgeteilt wurde, der Bus kostet 20$ p. P.! Des Weiteren waren die Betten soooo unsagbar weich, sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Dann sind einige Hütten recht marode und die Löcher im Biden wurden nur mit PVC einfach zugemacht. Man sinkte trotzdem ein. Dann ist die „Rezeption“ nur bis 17 ...

„We stayed for 4 nights in the 3 bedroom 2 bath. The location is excellent, just a 2 minute walk to bourbon street. The Apartment was great, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, comfortable beds, nice showers. A cute little coffe shop/ bar in the lobby with super nice staff. We were on the 1st floor which has one tiny window facing a building so our apartment got no light, if that is an issue for you I would request a different floor. „The "Isle of View" was the perfect location for my friends and I. Situated a little more than an hour from Baton Rouge and New Orleans, we were able to visit both cities and retreat to the quiet castle at night. The resident Hemingway cat that oversaw the property was very affectionate. Bring cat treats! We will stay again. Thank you Marcus.“

„The photos the actual photos of the property. I really love how the smart tv was setup to watch just about any app or movie to your choice. The kitchen was perfect! The sofa was full size, which is a plus.Everything was amazing other than the dryer disfunction, and old leakage on the brick wall was questionable. Also the sheets didnt look 100 percent clean. “

„This is a five star review. Only complaint was the bed was wonky on the side my husband slept on, and the hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink was not very hot. The shower was great with hot water, so I thought the sinks' issues was odd I had business meetings at the convention center and Riverside Hilton, and both just took a few minutes to walk to with a MUCH more reasonable price! "La position de l'hôtel est parfaite dans le quartier français et il y a un service voiturier. En revanche, le prix des chambres est élevé, comme le parking, et la chambre était bruyante, il y avait un bruit de machine sourd en continu. Personnellement, cela m'a obligé à dormir avec des protections auriculaires. En plus, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. A cause de ces simples faits, il est clair que je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. Le minimum est de pouvoir passer une nuit au calme, ce qui n'est pas le cas."

"We are very disapointed, we get a room, with a bad view, the windows you cann't open! The koffeemaschine in the rooem doesn't work! You get glass from papier for your coffee, we we don't get any coffee! No free water :-((( 8$ for a small bottle The breakfast was included, but only 20$, if you drink a coffee, a orangejuice and a omelett ect. you must pax each person 10$ or more the pool was so hot over 33degrees"
