„Dan went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Great communication and extremely friendly. I have stayed at many VRBO’s and no one has cared as much as Dan has about making sure all of our needs were met! We were even offered to check in early and stay later, which was such a nice perk! The location is amazing— everything is walking distance and we had a great time at the park, waterpark, and beach! If you are looking for a 10/10 experience I highly recommend this house! “

„Worked well for our group (2 bros, 2 wives, sis) and excellent for parents with 3-4 kids but some multi-couples may not like due to sleeping arrangements. Queen master bath is very nice but only other option for cpls is a dbl bed (6 inches off floor) as part of a triple bunk (other 2 beds are singles) in the 2nd bedroom and a twin pullout in living room. Note - the bunks have 400# - 200# - 200# weight limts. Also, the 2nd br has no dresser, nitestands or even a luggage rack, so, everything ...

„This was a trip back in time where we felt like we were staying in my grandparents farm house. Beautiful oak stairs, entry ways, etc. updated roomy kitchen with everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Bathrooms were updated, beautiful and everything worked great for being a old home. They updated everything wonderfully without compromising the old home feel. We LOVED staying there and spending time with family while being in iowa for my Mother’s funeral. We recommend it ...

„Girls met here for long weekend. This is an older home updated. We didn’t do any cooking basically just slept there. Kitchen appears well stocked. It’s winter in Iowa, so parking of vehicles is required to be in the alley. Plenty of room for our vehicles Owner great to work with; very quick to respond to questions. We will definitely book again!!“
