„This was the perfect place for a retreat with a mix of southern hospitality and the country life not far from civilization. Mitsy and Jason were the best host we’ve had thus far. They do their best to ensure you have fun and relaxing experience with all of the games, ATV and trails as well as the hot tub! You won’t be disappointed we definitely weren’t. Be sure to visit the pigs especially Jolene and her mini Jolene’s and big ole Mac. Lol ask for a conversation with petunia. “

„The house was clean. Peggy was very quick to respond. I wish my husband was going back to the area for work before school starts we would come again. We enjoyed the views and the slide. Next time we may try to catch a fish or 2 ! “

„The property was great and our stay was great. Tyler is a wonderful town. The only problems were a broken light in one of the bedrooms, no iron/ ironing board and we had to repeatedly call our host for the access code because they didn't answer any of our texts via the Vrbo app chat.“

„Small and unique. Quite peaceful and private. If you're looking for "seclusion" this isn't your place but no body bothers you. Close to everything. Cottage is well prepared and very enjoyable. Great for a relaxing getaway which is exactly what we got. Worth the stay!“

„Such a fun and unique property with amazing communication from the hosts! The check-in and check-out process was easy. The house was clean and in a great location. We arrived late after helping set up for an outdoor wedding all day, and the AC was wonderful. The backyard was perfect for our senior dogs to explore. I messaged the host when I could not find the coffee maker, and she delivered one to us almost immediately, which was beyond appreciated since our weekend was so busy. Absolutely ...
