„Exactly what we needed as a homebase for events in the area for our group of seniors. Several very comfortable areas encouraged our group activities and conversations. Kitchen had all we needed for food prep. Great local area for walking. “

„The house was very spacious, clean, and just as described in the listing. It's been really nicely remodeled with all the modern convenience, but retains its original feel. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean. The location is a little off the beaten path, but worth the journey. We sat on the deck and watched the sun go down across the valley, listened to wild turkeys and coyotes howling. Very enjoyable stay, highly recommend!“

„This review a bit late as stayed in late May. This property was beautiful, well maintained and nice touches provided from coffee, snacks and even fresh eggs. We stayed for 3 nights and location was great for us as close to downtown Hays and close to the university where my son goes. Of course nothing too far in Hays! LOL!“
