„My family and I rented this house for 4th of July and we love it. We had so much fun. We got to see the fireworks from the house.We would definitely come back again.“

„Song, was very responsive. The home had everything we needed for our trip. 5 bedrooms the loft was perfect. The kitchen had everything and then some! We will be staying again when we are in the area. Also, restaurants to downtown Rockwall we literally 10 minutes away. It was a perfect stay and location.“

„We had a family group of 11 and fit comfortably. House is spacious and the pool was an awesome way to beat the 90 degree heat. Close to Rockwall which has a nice little Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and Charlie's was a great spot for lunch. Smoke Monkey BBQ is close to the house and delicious. Would definitely book again.“

„Lovely luxurious place in Lower Greenville. Beds were super comfy, two spacious bedrooms each with their own bath, large living room with kitchen. Above Cafe Euro and Sisters restaurant. It is up a steep staircase so keep in mind if mobility is an issue for you (it wasn't for us). The apartment is beautiful and we loved the decor. It is very soundproof so we did not hear any car noise or the large AC units outside the door at the top of the stairs. Food was delicious at Sisters and the coffee ...

„Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Das Haus selber war nicht so okay. Das Parken war eine Katastrophe, sehr umständlich per NFC-Code. Man muss eine amerikanische Telefonnummer haben, sonst funktioniert es nicht. Mehrere Emails an den Parkhausbetreiber gesendet. Zum Schluß funktionierte es nur per Telefon, um aus dem Parkhaus zu fahren. Der Pool war verschmutzt und das Wasser war eine milchige Flüssigkeit. Lage war gut. Fußläufig zur Innenstadt “

„Eine große und nette Unterkunft! Vom Parken bis zum betreten der Wohnung ist es etwas kompliziert, aber man hat sich wirklich größte Mühe gegeben jeden einzelnen Schritt für den Check in zu beschreiben. Die Gegend ist ist gut, wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt! Das Apartment hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Hier und da klebte es oder es lagen Krümel herum. Ich bin großer Fan der Kasa Apartments!“

„The property was clean, well kept and had great supplies for a family stay (high chair , pack and play, pool floaties etc) Our kids loved the playground. The hosts/house manager was very responsive and addressed the couple of issues that came up promptly. Would happily stay here again“

„The owner was amazing and so easy to work with. The house was stocked with everything you would need. We stayed a week and even got to meet the neighbors. Really recommend anyone looking for a lake vacation on the water to stay here. We had such a great time.“

„Tolle Unterkunft, super ruhig und sicher. Zudem ist man sehr schnell an den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Dallas. Wir haben das Gym sehr genossen.“

„I’ve had a couple vrbo stay’s and honestly this was hands down my favorite. The location was definitely in not the best area, however that was easy to forget when dealing with such a fantastic host. The home was incredibly clean and well maintained with a multitude of provided appliances. The beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. I will say the house got a little hot during the day, but at night it cooled off just enough. Genuinely a great stay I would 100% recommend.“

"Das Hotel liegt in der Innenstadt von Dallas, Viele Museen waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel selbst ist schon älter, trotzdem saubere Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Parken nur in einem Parkhaus möglich ($25 Tax pro Tag).Liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Hatte ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße. War nachts aber nicht stark befahren. Trotzdem muss man sich erst an den Straßenlärm gewöhnen."
