„We traveled from Arizona for our daughter's wedding. We were very happy to stay at such a wonderful lakehouse property. It was great to have a private dock and access to the lake. We enjoyed the canoes, ping pong, foosball and also appreciated the fishing poles! Our host Pat was great and we would love to visit again in the future!Kidney / Newton Wedding 2025“

„Enjoyed our limited time in this home. Everything within driving distance. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of backyard for the dogs to run around and wear themselves out lol. The owner was always in communication with me and made this stay one of the best ones we have had when we have come to visit Nashville. We will be staying here again when we come to visit next time. „Great stay! Convenient location to Broadway!The house had everything we needed. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet if that’s important to you. I would definitely recommend this property!!!“

„We had a great time at the house when it was time to relax for the night. Kitchen needs a few more items but nothing that a Walmart trip didn’t fix for us! Would LOVE to stay again. Enough space for all 10 of us.. bathrooms clean and updated .. use of washer and dryer was great too!! “

„Went to Nashville for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had a great stay at Eric’s place and would highly recommend. He was very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need. “

"Das Hotel.jat uns sehr gut gefallen. Okay, hier und da muss mal vorallem etwas auferäumt werden, aber das Zimmer war sehr gut, war immer sehr sauber, der Pool was klasse und das Personal freudlich und hilfsbereit. Und die Lage des Hotel am Rande von Downtown Nashville in ganz hervorragend! Sollten wir es mal wieder nach Nashville schaffen, ist dieses Hotel unsere allererste Wahl."

"Check-In war zügig, jedoch wurden keine Informationen zum Hotel gegeben. Nach dem Motto: help yourself. Grösse der Zimmer ist gut. Bett war sehr bequem. Die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang oder bei Fragen war unterdurchschnittlich. Eher etwas gelangweilt und nicht sehr motiviert. Google Chromecast ging plötzlich nicht mehr und die lapidare Antwort war "ja, dass wissen wir, aber wir können nichts machen". Zimmerservice nur auf Verlangen. Da hätte ich mir zum Check-In gewünscht, das der Kundenwunsch bez. Zimmerservice abgefragt wird. "

"Sehr schönes, modernes und großes Appartement. Zum Honky tonk Highway sind es nicht einmal 5 Gehminuten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Haus hat eine eigene Parkgarage (40$), außerhalb günstiger Parken ist nicht möglich. "
