Die Optik ist wunderbar - leider auch oberflächlich und wenig funktional (zB Fahrräder nicht fahrtauglich, Blumentöpfe bei Regen voll Wasser, auch Kissen). „This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. "Lage und Zimmer waren sehr gut. Leider wurden zur Zeit gerade sehr lärmige Renovationsarbeiten im Lobbybereich durchgeführt, was den Aufenthalt dort unangenehm machte. Das ist aber nur ein temporäres Problem und wurde mit einem Zimmerupgrade und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereitem Service mehr als wettgemacht."

"War nur ein kurzer Aufenthalt (späte Ankunft, frühe Abreise). Am Morgen war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe das Hotel vor 5:00 wieder verlassen, wegen dem Streik bei der Underground und meinem frühen Flug. Daher gab es kein Frühstück für mich :-( Alles in allem aber alles wichtige und nützliche vorhanden. Vielen Dank!"

"Das Zimmer ist eher klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Es war sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Wir mussten für eine zweite Decke fragen, da es nur eine grosse gab. Diese wurde und aber ohne Probleme aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Frühstück war gut, es hatte genügend Auswahl von allem. Durch die vielen Gäste war es eher laut, daher bei Geräuschempfindlichkeit am Besten an den Randzeiten essen gehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und humorvoll. In Zukunft werde ich sicher wieder kommen:-)"

"The breakfast last year has been amazing, it was one of the reasons I returned to this place. They told me that they exchanged the bakery that they buy their pastry from. Now they offer cheap and tasteless products, probably from the supermarket. Very disappointing, you can do better, Mason&Fifth Team."
