„We used this cute little house for a ULM graduation weekend stay. It was clean and in a safe/quiet area. No problems. Good communication from the property manager. We did not have any issues arise. The temperature in the house was nice and cool when we arrived. “

„The house is as pictured. There was plenty of sleeping space for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable. It is an older house that has been updated, so there are small issues like water pressure and cosmetic eyesores. It's the best house in the neighborhood, but many of the surrounding homes are in disrepair. “

„Overall good location near main areas of Monroe. Bedrooms were just a little uncomfortable with one having access to an outside exit door. “

„We enjoyed our stay. Even though they provided sheets for the bed and towels in the bathroom, You will need to bring your own sheets and towels. We love to cook. All the burner's on the stove was not working. The area was close to all eating places and shopping centers. And we will stay there again.“
