„We were only here for 3 nights and it rained almost 1 whole day, we still had a great time. We brought our boat and the grandkids and they had a blast. The convince of having our own boat ramp and covered doc was amazing. The view from the property is incredible. Host was very timely in responding to messages and made our checkin process very easy. They say it was the best vacation ever!!!“

„Great overall experience“

„The cottage is decorated very nicely and had all of the amenities. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Fall Creek Falls state park and the hot tub after hiking to the falls. It’s also close to Burgess Falls State park another must see waterfall. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our coffee in the morning and even saw a fox one evening. Very peaceful! “

„This house was amazing and the host was also amazing. They provided everything we could possibly need and then some. I've recommended it to several family and friends. Nature happens right outside the doors. Seen deer often. There was a small problem and the host handled it in record time. Great place and great people. They even surprised us with flowers. Overall just great!!!!!!! I will definitely stay here as many times as it's available. “

„If you are looking for modern and new this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a spacious well loved home, you have found it. Everything was very clean! 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a study, large dinning and furnish kitchen. The art decorating the home is beautiful and the view is stunning. Can you imagine having a private lake with your very own waterfall and path thur the woods. I highly recommend Montlake Retreat. “

„This was a perfect location for our son's wedding at Mountain Heights Venue. I feel the pictures are deceiving as the place was a bit bigger than it looked in the pictures which was a very nice surprise. The outdoor areas were also a lovely touch. The extras provided (iron, steamer, clothes rack, treats, K-cups, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of towels and extra blankets etc) made it feel like a home away from home. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well. The bed was very comfortable. The TV worked as ...

„We hosted a family reunion! It was everything we hoped for! Kids loved the lake, boating and fishing! The accommodations were perfect! There was more than enough space for our large group cookouts, gathering on the decks to watch the sunsets, and storytelling in the living room space. Beverly is a great host! Communication A!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! It was our second reunion there and would highly recommend!!! “
