„Great little basement apartment. Set apart from the rest of the house. Owners are very helpful and kind. The apartment was very clean and updated. Full kitchen and all cooking utensils. In a cute safe little neighborhood. Great experience would definitely recommend this place. “

„The trailer was older but fully functional. Heat and fans for temperature control. There was lots of space to park and set up tents, the kitchen sink and stove worked well and the bbq was very helpful. The space was very nice with trails, canoeing, and the full camping experience. Great private quiet spot in the valley! Thanks Josh and family! “

„The cabin is located in a beautiful setting, right at the lake. The interior is very spacious and the kitchen and bathroom both well equipped. The bedrooms are also light and well furnished. There is plenty of gear for outside activities. Communication with Louis, the owner went very smooth and easy. It is an ideal place for the summer season. Our trip was early October and we had some ice and it started to snow.“

„Cottage was everything we hoped for. Our own private beach, paddle boat, board and kayaks all in great condition.Beautiful lake. Nice campfire in the evening. Kitchen spacious. We had our 3 grandchildren. We all enjoyed the fishing, swimming and boating.Beautiful sunrise/sunsets.Only thing missing were outdoor lawn chairs. We had brought 2 but there were none there. „We had a flood in our BNB which we booked back in February. Thankfully this cottage was available to cover part of our stay. The kids enjoyed the location and we were so grateful for enough beds for everyone to stretch out at night (myself with 3 kids, one being a teenager)! „Everything was as described. All amenities worked well. Beautiful view and a private beach. A two minute drive to Calabogie golf course was a bonus (and a fantastic course at that!). Quick and easy communication with the host. We will very likely be back in the future. “

„A very lovely chalet nicely located in Calabogie near the ski hill, the lake , and not far from the racetrack and restaurants. The place is well equipped so you won’t need to worry about bringing much. The host was super nice ans helpful and made sure we had a great experience. I’ll definitely book it again . “

„We should have stayed a bit longer, Tom's cottage is perfect to calm down and relax after a long and intensive sightseeing road trip through USA and Canada. No motor boats on the lake, the next busy road quite far away - best place to relax. We liked also on evenings to make BBQ with the gas grill and the camp fire in the fire pit . I hope there is a next time to get there.“

„This was the best-stocked cottage I have ever rented. The kitchen has everything you need including spices and condiments. The lake is beautiful and perfect for canoeing. The swimming access is a very long shallow sandy entry. The hot tub is great and includes screens to keep bugs out. Neighbours are fairly close when you’re at the lakeside but the yard and hot tub are completely private. Host is lovely and responsive. „We had an amazing week stay at this cozy wood cottage! Tucked away in the woods, it offered the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, just a 20-minute drive from the Pembroke market town. The cottage was beautifully designed, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. “

„The lodge is well equipped, all we needed to bring with us was food. It has a very nice view of the lake and a wide private beach - great for family with kids or elders. What is also good for kids and elders is the shallow water: 50 meters from shore it still won't go above the waist. “
