„My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇“

„Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊“

„Clean, cozy, and convenient. Our room is shared with the second floor resident but is a private quarters with a bathroom and small kitchen. There is also a private resident downstairs who is the contact for keys and has great recommendations. The place accommodates 4 but I would recommend no more than 2 adults and 2 children. 4 adults would be close quarters. Great for a couples stay. It's walking distance from almost everything.“

„What a fantastic place to have the kids and grandkids. The bonding that the grandkids had was so gratifying. With the pool, the beach was not an issue. Everything you needed was either provided are very close by. Mr. and Mrs. Albright, the hosts for this property could not have been better. See y’all again next year.“

„Talk about a perfect vacation. This property was extremely beautiful and clean. It suited my family in every way possible. We stayed 7 days, and each time we opened the doors it was hard to believe we had to leave. Awesome location close to the water and shops made the trip so relaxing. Will definitely be coming back to stay at this location. “

„Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have ...

„This bay house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The back porch had the stair way removed from the center of the porch, and now it is on the outside of the home. This was an excellent improvement.Washer and dryer were in very good condition as was the dishwasher.Overall, it was a most relaxing stay for my sons, their wives and their children.“

"Das schlimmste Hotel ever. Konnten dort nicht übernachten. Hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queenbetten. Bei Ankunft lag an der Treppe direkt ein toter Vogel, der nicht erst 5 Minuten tot war. Das Zimmer roch stark nach Schimmel. Im Bad war die Wanne sehr dreckig und überall Schimmel an der Decke. Im Zimmer selbst lag noch ne Socke vom Vorgänger. Das schlimmste jedoch waren die Betten. An einer Matratze waren beaune Flecken wie Kot und sas zweite Bett war ringsherum total kaputt. Das zweite Zimmer was uns gezeigt wurde war auch nicht besser. Also runter zum Manager und Geld zurück verlangt. Dieses Hotel sollte mal behördlich kontrolliert werden!"
