„Great little place for 2 in town near bars and restaurants. It’s pretty small, so perfect for 2, but would be pretty cramped with 3 or 4. Has everything needed, AC, hot water, fridge, etc and clean! “

„Great trip! Extremely accurate representation of the property based of photos, clean, close to the beach and restaurants. Great backyard area… HUGE yard, well landscaped, and great for entertaining. All of the appliances (washer/dryer especially) were newer and worked great. Great trip!“

„Such a cute and cozy place. Perfect location as we had a graduation at Scripps Institute of Oceanography. We were able to walk to graduation as the parking there is limited. Communication was perfect and informative. Walked to dinner ! Would definitely stay there again. Suggest a few more dish towels as no dishwasher… but not a big deal.“

„I was very impressed with how clean the home was when we arrived. You could walk around barefoot and not worry about having dirty feet!!!! The pier to fish was great! Loved that we didn't have to share and made a ton of family memories. Highly recommend - even if you don't fish but you want to get away. Rockport is such a cute town - great downtown full of shops.“

„Our stay at this house was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location couldn't have been better. It was peaceful, scenic, and just steps from the water. Having access to the kayaks was a major bonus and made for some unforgettable mornings out on the water.The home was spotless, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. „Cute cottage with beautiful views and dock. Stayed as a small family with two young children who loved the front patio/porch. Very close to shops, beach, and ferry but far enough that you can enjoy the sound of nothing but waves.“

„Property exactly as described. Great functional layout for a family on the go. We had a wonderful time in the pool, kayaking, fishing, going to the beach and exploring the area. The house was the perfect launch pad for what was a wonderful summer family trip experience. We even snagged our personal best Black Drum and a bunch of keeper Reds. Salt Lake is always a good time. Thanks for everything. Hope to be back soon. “

"Das schlimmste Hotel ever. Konnten dort nicht übernachten. Hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Queenbetten. Bei Ankunft lag an der Treppe direkt ein toter Vogel, der nicht erst 5 Minuten tot war. Das Zimmer roch stark nach Schimmel. Im Bad war die Wanne sehr dreckig und überall Schimmel an der Decke. Im Zimmer selbst lag noch ne Socke vom Vorgänger. Das schlimmste jedoch waren die Betten. An einer Matratze waren beaune Flecken wie Kot und sas zweite Bett war ringsherum total kaputt. Das zweite Zimmer was uns gezeigt wurde war auch nicht besser. Also runter zum Manager und Geld zurück verlangt. Dieses Hotel sollte mal behördlich kontrolliert werden!"
