„It was a very pleasant experience. The staff were excellent, helpful and attentive.“

„Everything was perfect until the speakers that my neighbors had were on from 11 PM until 7 AM not to mention the screaming and yelling, although I contacted the reception many times regarding that it. And i was assured they were going to address that issue nothing was done. Great facility and a great place to spend some time off the city but this incident turned into a terrible experience. “

„We had a generally pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and communicated well, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth. The apartment was clean, luxurious, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable experience. One big plus was the underground parking, which was very convenient. However, there were a couple of downsides: The bathroom floor flooded after each shower, as there was no slope for water drainage. The swimming pool was too cold to enjoy. „Die Zimmer sind zwar groß, aber abgewohnt. Das Bett ist neu, alles andere alte Möbel. Zimmer neben Stromgenerator sehr laut. Nichts für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf. Für eine Nacht ok. Mehr nicht.“

„Only saving grace, room was clean. The property is in terrible shape overall with very basic features. The people at the front desk were nice, but even the basic amenities were missing. Due to the current rush for hotels in Riyadh, these properties are getting a look-in at severely inflated prices. Else it is not even worth 10% of rental they charge.“

Unfortunately lacking customer understanding

"Made a mistake and reserved the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh instead of Jeddah. I arrived only 2 min later at the reception in Jeddah - they contacted the Riyadh hotel, but they showed zero support or flexibility. No cancellation possible. I asked if I could at least change the date and come another time - they also refused. I would have expected a more customer friendly approach from the Ritz-Carlton."
