„This property is located in the heart of Paracas Bahia! It is a lovely place with direct access to the ocean in a quiet and beautiful area. Plenty of room for a large family and options to many outdoor activities like walking, kayaking, swimming, and running. Great ocean access area for small kids to play. „This property has the potential to be amazing, but we had trouble with insects and there were no screens on the windows to keep them out (and no AC) We also were disappointed with the maintenance practice of apparently using untreated water for the grass, which created a terrible smell. „The apartment was very different to photos, different kitchen and living area - may be different apartment?? It was extremely big with 4 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( advertised as one bedroom 1 bathroom) was too much for two people . There was a problem with the water, one night we had no hot water then woke up the next morning to no water at all! „I reserved, was charged but never received any details about the property, no phone number or any way to get in contact with the property manager. When we arrived, of course without any info we were not able to stay. Thank God for the Homeaway representative who was amazing! She accommodated us to a nearby hotel. It was my first time booking through this system and was not a good experience.“

„The people who owns this place is so unprofessional and rude. I was denied my stay @ this place which was fully paid in advance just because i didn't enter the correct number of guest. I was miles away from the city of lima to just found out i didn't have a place to stay with my family. I do not recommend this place at all.“

"The hotel is a party place, although only the hotel staff was enjoying the extremely loud music until almost 2am, nobody could sleep during the night as the rooms have absolutely no sound proof protection. Also the room was not ready at check in time, which was quite late already and we had to wait another 2 hours to finally be able to enter the room and the guy at the reception wanted to fool us and very unfriendly. To complete the scenario, when the room was finally ready after many hours more than the check in time, there were no towels for shower and there was no towel available at the reception! So I wasn’t able to take a shower after a long trip in the middle of the desert. Terrible staff, do not recommend this hotel at all. "
