„La cabaña es cómoda y muy limpia. El único tema qué hay 3 perritos y cuando ingrese uno me rayo el auto porque se encaramó en el vehículo. El dueño de la cabaña quedó en hacerse cargo así que todo bien. Pero la verdad no fue un buen momento“

„Cabañas el Jardín is an absolute gem! The place was clean and comfortable. The owner, Claudia, is an absolute sweetheart. Very attentive and understanding. The communication was outstanding!! My dad felt very safe and comfortable there. I highly recommend Cabanas el Jardin if you are going to Valdivia. My dad fell at home and the daily breakfast was delicious !! “

„Beautiful apartment. Good location with a great view. Communication wasn't great-- we received no email with instructions and had a little trouble getting in. Also, we were told we must pay the extra fee (in cash, in the room) even though we paid for the room online ahead of time with our US credit card.“

„We booked this place but got absolutely zero communication from the host. Tried to find it with address and map given—not there! Called the number given—nobody at that number knew anything about a VRBO rental! Trying to get our money back. Don’t book here; it’s a scam!“

„It's run by a crook He's not below scamming clients. I made the reservation in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon, it showed that it was for the following month. Had to book somewhere else. The next day I tried to cancel the reservation, 24 hours after the booking, 30 days prior to the reservation. He wouldn't let me, as It was policy. He took 4 days of rent from me, just because he could. Expedia let him do it. I talked to Expedia, and they said I was right, it shouldn't be, didn't ...

„Al reservar indicaba que incluía desayuno, lo mismo se especificó en el correo de respaldo de la reserva. Pero, al momento de registrarnos nos indicaron que no incluía el desayuno y que iban a consultar qué pasaba con lo ofrecido... también indicamos que el cable no funcionaba, preguntamos en más de 4 oportunidades por nuestros requerimientos y nada, no recibimos ni solución, ni explicación. Además, el baño olía asquerosamente, ni idea si era por falta de aseo o Mantencion. En resumen, lo malo ...

"Der Blick auf den Fluss ist wunderschön. Es wird ein Shuttleservice über den Fluss angeboten (muss bezahlt werden). Wenn man ein Auto hat, ist das Hotel sehr gut zu erreichen. Mit den öffentlichen Nahverkehr Bus schwer zu erreichen. Man muss viel gehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist groß und aussreichend. Der Pool ist groß und man hat Blick auf den Fluss. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen."
