The Wilsons have thought of little details to make your stay perfect including the "house necessities" to avoid extra grocery store trips. Also, greatly appreciated all the local tips on restaurants and things to do in the area. We loved our stay at the house and the area.“

„This was our second year at the River Estate at Toccoa and we had another amazing stay. This place is perfect for grandparents, children, spouses, and grandkids to get away. There’s plenty of room. The heated hot tub pool and sauna were perfect when the weather was a bit chilly. The house was well stocked. Having two refrigerators upstairs in the kitchen was a nice addition and helpful for those doing meal prep. There are lot of local hikes and if course there is the river for tubing. We can’t ...

„We parked our van in a nice gravel driveway, and had our first glimpse of the cabin where we were to spend the next 4 nights. The lock box was in an unusual place, so I called the host. A very friendly gentleman answered immediately and told us where it was, and told us to call if we needed anything. He and his wife apparently live close by.
