„The cabin was cute and well stocked. Beautiful view and sunsets. However, we had a bowl of candy on the counter that got covered in ants, two of the three nights we were woken by barking dogs. One night the dog was on the back deck barking at 4 in the morning. The host chose not to respond to my message. At least 3 of the kayaks take on water. „Great location, quiet and convenient to Petite Jean State Park. Comfortable with everything needed for our three night stay. Took the host's advice and made sure we brought all the food we needed to prepare all our meals. The kitchen was nicely supplied with a good variety of pots, pans and utensils for meal preparation . Would definitely book another stay here. “

„An issue at check-in but host was responsive and accommodating. Neighbors’ dog barking a night was not fun. View was nice. Inside is VERY vintage….I felt like I was house sitting at my grandma’s old lake house. For us, it was ok. “

„Do Not stay here. Host forgot to have property cleaned prior to or arrival. The dishes the sink had been sitting a week and stunk. The bed wasn’t made, towels on the floor. I called, text and messaged owner. No response. I called again after 40 minutes and he answered. Promised to send some over to clean. They never showed up. We couldn’t stay there and had to go drive 30 min to Morrilton to get a hotel. I complained to Vrbo because they should refund we were unable to stay on party. Still ...

„Easy check in and check out procedures. Conveniently furnished and includes amenities to fish, kayak, play games indoors board games/pool table/ping pong, hot tub, cook, watch tv, porch sit, laundry room and there were shampoos, conditioners, disposable razors in case you forgot, feminine hygiene, sun screen, bandaids, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher, pots pans, dishes, silverware, paper towels. It was like home away from home. “
