„It was a beautiful arrival, Amazingly clean, got to meet the owner which is very kind and he takes care of things if you text him about a hot tub i couldn’t figure out haha, the hot tub is fantastic! „Cabin was nice , clean and welcoming. It is about an half hour away from the gorge or natural bridge. But the surrounding area is nice ,beattyville is a nice sweet little town. Cabin sits up on a hill with nice views from the front and back porch. Hot tub is nice on the back porch. Big yard for kids or dogs. „We came from Ohio to visit our 90 year old Aunt who lives in Beatyville. Had a great visit and dinner with her. Then headed back to the cabin for the evening and relaxed in the hot tub and by the firepit. This is a really nice and very clean cabin.“

„Keyless entry was troublesome. Did not always work. Couldn't leave our the fro t door. Had to lock it fro. The inside and go out back. Just had trouble getting the doors to open once you are locked out. Also the place could use a full length mirror in another area other than the bathroom. Kuerig there, but no coffee, glad i brought my own. “

„The property was mostly as represented on the VRBO listing.It was pretty clean (some of the area rugs needed to washed or vacuumed and some of the floor hadn't been swept.) There was plenty of light, both natural and lighting in the cottage. The location was secluded and private. I didn't like that how far from things didn't seem accurately represented. „We made last minute changes to our July off-road plans. This meant finding a new spot over a holiday weekend that allowed dogs ASAP. BJ quickly responded to my Facebook post about the opening and was very welcoming! We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend in Evarts! We loved the location to the trails! Excited to come back for Fall Crawl with our group! “

„This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The location is good and the owner is great. Kim is very responsive. We had an issue with the temperature in the place and Kim addressed it quickly and attentively; and it was resolved. Even my dog was comfortable staying there. He usually barks when we leave him alone (crated), but he didn't while there. “
