„The place was fine. Needs some attention, and had lots of minor things (needed towels, toilet paper, ant killer, heat) and owner was very responsive, though still waiting on refund that we didn’t receive. It served its purpose, and typically you wouldn’t need heat in Atlanta but one night the house hvac was at 56 degrees. This was during a snow storm so again, we know that’s usual. The owner seemed to be very responsive and helpful but once he took care of it, he never gave refund. “

„The property is just like the pictures on the listing. The decor was nice and it was equipped with all the small things you would need.Once we arrived I started noticing small things that needs to be updated. The house is located in cul-de-sac which was nice,but the neighborhood going to it looked a little sketchy. “

Reason being....the address provided for the property was a restaurant and after repeated attempts to get the actual address, still nothing. „The place was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfy. Some thoughts for future renters:There was an air purifier in the closet. Set that up to drown out any noise. We didn't hear anything except the garage doors below.Fill up the ice machine with water asap. There's a Publix 1 mile away if you need anything.I'd suggest bringing some bottled water. "Hatten nach dem Aufenthalt starken Juckreiz am ganzen Körper. Im Zimmer haben wir täglich Käfer vernichten müssen. Als frühstück ist zu verstehen Cornflakes und wenn man schnell ist und Glück hat kann eine Banane noch dabei sein. Kaffee oder Orangensaft Fehlanzeige. Der Pool ist dauerhaft geschlossen. Mit Folie abgedeckt und Müll liegt drum rum. Betten durchgelegen und unsauber. Reinigung der Zimmer von 10 Nächten war 1x. Handtüchertausch nur weil wir ihn verlangt haben. Hotel gehört geschlossen!!!!! "

"Das Hotel war sehr sehr schön leider ist der Flughafen Transfer NUR zum Domestic Terminal das wird nicht kommuniziert das man dann noch entweder Bus 20 Min oder Sky Train zum International Terminal braucht. Das sollte in der Beschreiibung klar ausgedrückt sein"

"Wegen vielen schlechten Bewertungen waren wir etwas skeptisch und hätten fast storniert. Zum Glück haben wir es nicht gemacht. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet (Küche). Das Frühstück war top! Innenpool angenehm warm. Nur wenige negative Punkte: Das Hotel hat im Vorfeld auf Anfragen nie reagiert, trotz zwei Nachfragen. Das Sofabett für die fünfte Person ist sehr unbequem und höchstens für kleinere Kinder brauchbar. "
