„Wonderful location. A large wooded private property with its own private lake. Only one other cabin apart from this one. Complete silence surrounded by the leafy canopy of tall trees...heaven! Its like like staying in your own private Provincial Park. That is the glam part. The camp part means that there is no electricity, no plumbing and no wi-fi. But then who needs those urban comforts? Isnt the idea to escape from them for while? I certainly learned to appreciate every drop of water we used ...

„Upon arrival we found dead bugs on the inside of the cottage likely from windows being left open. Septic tank was beyond full which meant the toilets backed up/flooded and flooded into the shower. Owner had a septic guy come out to empty the tank but the pipes must've been so far gone because of the full septic tank that the issues continued even after the septic tank was empty. Unfortunately could not continue to stay here so we had to leave. Other than that, it has beautiful views on a very ...

„This is a great place to stay if you want quiet. It's located in the woods between Parry Sound and Huntsville (30 minutes to each city) - very private with no barking dogs, screaming kids or neigbours. The home has a large basement with TV and, we were pleased to see - a ping pong table (lots of fun). There are no curtains on any of the windows, so you'll be waking up with the sun. Host is nice and communicates well. “

„The cottage and property were both very nice. There were more items in the house than I expected, many appliances and cookware that were helpful in the kitchen, puzzles, cleaning products, etc.“

„Great area to take the kids. There was a lot of Waters sports that the kids used such as kayaks. Water, trampolines, etc.. There is a volleyball net, but you would need to bring your own Volleyball. Sand on the beach is super nice right for kids building Sandcastles“

„The property was exactly as described and pictured. Our multi-generational family of 9 total had more than ample room to enjoy all the activities. The upstairs games room was a bonus but definitely needs some sort of ventilation...even a ceiling fan. If the property was available next year((we already checked lol) we would have booked it again.“

„The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. „What an amazing cottage and location. Our host was responsive and helpful and they provide an incredible amount of amenities that make your stay ever more comfortable. The cottage itself is well cared for and the grounds are well kept. The lake is a bit of a hike at 500m but they have a beautiful set up with multiple docks and locations to bask in a very private part of the lake. We did find the Sauna tough to use in terms of keeping a consistent fire going. They include a plethora of water toys ...

„Property host was quick to communicate during booking and check in process. Property manager/cleaner is right next door for any issues and to give local recommendations. Area is quiet and the layout of the house made sure all relatives had a comfortable place to sleep. Take the canoe or kayaks onto the water and explore the lake. There is a town market on Saturdays which was a bonus as well as some quick bites to eat just a few minutes away. “

The beach is perfect with paddleboard and swimming mat provided .Clean , everything there that we needed . Would definitely book again . Host was very receptive and answered any queries we had immediately The beach area is perfect for Adults and Children “

„Great cottage, with a mix of large wood beams with modern touches. Very comfortable and spacious. Plenty of peaceful sitting spaces, bedrooms and ample bathrooms.Very well appointed with everything you’ll need. Overall, Excellent location, great dock, and lots of watercraft’s and toys. There is a road and rail tracks, so you will hear some of it. But, it’s brief and not loud by the dock and water. Everyone really loved the cottage and we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to booking again. “
