„Place was very convenient to the beach and Atlantic Beach restaurants. Small but had everything I needed! Kitchen was well stocked for a couple or small family. It’s a little weird not having a bathroom sink, but the kitchen sink is directly outside the bathroom door and there is a mirror behind the sink so it didn’t feel too odd, and the full size shower was nice. Appreciated the beach chairs available and the cold ac! Only recommendation would be to make the door easier to lock, deadbolt is a ...

„Such a charming cottage. Ellen and Russ were so friendly and easy to work with. Our doggies were welcome. They enjoyed the freedom of the deck since it had a gate to the steps. We highly recommend this property. “

„Enjoyed watching the waves roll as Hurricane Erin went by in the distance. Great spot for me and my pup to get away during the week and work.“

„Easy to find, good parking spaces/wide, water slide was a blast even if you are a senior. The condo, very clean, all necessary amenities. Steve (owner) is hands on, he checked in on us as we pulled into the resort , making sure we had an easy time finding our reserved spot. Great time, Great stay. Will return.“

„I booked this place last minute on Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect for my family! Plenty of room for my husband, myself, and my 8 and 9 year old sons. Best of both worlds with the ocean a short walk away as well as the sound. My sons enjoyed the large pool as well!“

„The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting with lots of chairs and shade. Definitely would ...
