„This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable, ...

„We didn't get to stay in this rental because of the weather, but the hosts worked with us and we were able to stay in a different property of theirs this weekend. The host is very responsive, respectful, and absolutely wonderful to work with. They make everything as simple as they can. Their property was absolutely spotless and well taken care of and cleaned.
