„The room is so good, clean and no odors. In addition, water heater works properly and so does the air conditioner. The hotel is making a lots of improvement, such as a great outdoor living area for chit-chat with our friends. The hotel has the most interesting kid outdoor activity that my kids and my friend kids love much. They play so many times until tired. Beside the kids activity, the hotel has the activity for an adult such as flying fox, paintball shooting area and outdoor cafe. My ...

„nice apartment with a good view and easy access down the mall. Room quite spacious compare to similar apartments, cozy, phone signal reception still good, kitchenware also clean and pretty new. This was managed by Travelio so we redirected with the checkin proses with them. The only downside is there is no hot water. Overall is very good and will recommend to stay again next time.“

„cleanliness is high compared to Indonesian standards. the excursion up Mount Bromo , was wonderful. The pool is sparkling clean and the garden is gorgeous. The landlady was very kind, has prepared for us an Italian breakfast. Then we found out that her husband is Italian.“

"Da shotel ist gerade für Indonesien hervorragend. Das Personal ist super professionell, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind super schön und groß. Es ist fast schon unangenehm durch die Nachbargassen zu laufen, da die Leute dort sich so einen Luxus gar nicht vorstellen können. Kleine Details könnten besser sein. So waren bei uns die Silikonfugen in der Dusche nicht mehr so ansehnlich und die Ablage in der Dusche uneben. Das ist allerdings Kritik auf ganz hohen Niveau. Ich würde immer wieder hier her kommen und das Hotel auch jederzeit empfehlen "

"We stayed for 3 nights for family trips, and by far this is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in Indonesia. The staff is super friendly, always greet all the guest warmly and always try to be helpful. The rooms are nice, and the access to the very big mall is very helpful. Definitely a place where we want to come again."
