„Quiet spot near the lake. We ejoyed sitting out ote back deck visiting with faimily and watching the widlife.“

„The only thing I was disappointed with was the master bedroom furniture placement. The Queen bed was placed against a wall, not just the head of the bed but also a side. There was no way to get in bed on that side, you have to crawl up from the foot of the bed. I will be more observant in furniture placement when next I reserve [which I will] with them again.“

„This was a great location for moving my niece into her sorority house. Although i was nervous about the construction next door, there was no extra noise we could hear. Fernando was so helpful and got back to me right away when I had a question!“

„We had a wonderful time at this lovely historic home in a peaceful country setting, but also close to town. So beautifully decorated with attention to every detail: comfortable beds, charming accents, and everything was immaculately clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I hope to stay here again!“

„This house was everything we needed for our trip to Topeka! A group of us traveled from IL to Topeka to see a friend from high school and her family. Kings Cottage was only 5 mins away from her house and was so convenient for the weekend! The game room in the basement and the man cave in the garage were added features that the kids loved! „But we did not all stay there., We had a family meeting for a family funeral and it was a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy the grill in the backyard. Plenty of open space and everyone enjoyed it. The neighborhood was nice and safe. It was close to Family property in Topeka. The host was wonderful. We had no problems. The Internet works great beautifully decorated. “

"Okay, das Hotel hatte einen erheblichen Wasserschaden im EG und ein Aufzug war defekt… kann keiner was zu. Also abgehakt! Das Zimmer war sehr schön, aber leider ziemlich dreckig! Popcorn zwischen Bett und Sofa, Schnutz im Bad, Chipskrümel im Schubfach, Müll unterm Waschbecken! Das geht gar nicht. Frühstück unterirdisch! Nur eingepackte Bagles, wenig Auswahl, billigstes Plastikbesteck, Kaffee wurde nicht aufgefüllt… alles in allem: für ein Hyatt Place mehr als enttäuschend!! "

"Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2. Stock. Glaube 239. Mit Blick auf ein Dach mit Generatoren. Der ganze Boden hatte vibriert. Vorallem wenn man vor dem TV Möbel stand konnte man es spüren. In der Nacht sprang immer wieder die Heizung oder etwas ähnliches an (es war nicht die Klimaanlage) was sehr störend war. Die Leute im Nachbarzimmer haben immer wieder gegen die Wand gepoltert. Vermutlich auch weil es sie gestört hatte. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten, welches wir auch bekommen haben, aber sie Stv. Managerin hatte nicht wirklich Verständnis gezeigt und uns kaum geglaubt. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr sauber und empfehlenswert. "
