„We only stayed one night but it's the kind of place we would happily rent for a longer stay. It's close to the airport, spacious, and clean. Due to our late arrival, we didn't have to check-in at the desk. We were sent a lockbox # and code to get our room keys. So easy! All of the rooms are lined up on either side of a wide outdoor common area with artificial grass, tables, etc. You use your room key to get "inside," but the corrider is open to the sky. Fresh air! „Pros: The property was clean, well-stocked, functional, and located in a convenient part of town if you need quick access to downtown Durham. The property was stocked with common necessities (shampoo, food seasonings, clothes iron, hairdryer, etc.). The only things missing were coffee creamer and tea, but I was able to get those things nearby. The main bedroom was perfect for a typical family of 4 - it had a bathroom inside the room with a very nice double shower. This was my first BNB ...

„This place is exactly as advertised. We stayed for a baseball showcase and it was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities you would need and if anything is forgotten I am sure the host thought of it and you can find it at the house. The welcome snack basket was a huge hit with my kids! The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, more than enough space for a family of 4, and private! Would absolutely recommend to anyone. “

„We all had a good week and a good time at the Cottage. Your house is well suited for our stay, and we appreciate all the amenities you provided. The interior was clean, the kitchen well equipped (except we could have used one or two small pots), the bathrooms tidy, the bedding comfortable and the sitting areas relaxing. „Turning 42 I was not looking for a turn up. I wanted peaceful and relaxed. That is exactly what I got. Check in was an easy process. The only problem that I had was I read the code incorrectly, and Communication was slow, but other than that getting into the property was easy. There is a shared driveway that I was not prepared for so be cautious when inviting people and having multiple cars, parking is limited to roughly about four or five cars. „Eric the host was great with communication and his house was super clean, well organized, and comfortable. Would stay again. He thought of everything you could need. Very accommodating. We were traveling with a toddler and especially appreciated the blackout curtains. Sadly, we had to put our dog down before our trip, Eric was kind to refund our pet fee.“

"Das Hotel an sich hat eine sehr günstige Lage, toller Wald auf der einen Seite und in 5 Minuten ist man in einer grossen Mall. Was unbedingt besonders erwähnt werden muss, ist die Garten- und Poolanlage, liebevoll gepflegt und perfekt sauber. Negativ zu erwähnen wäre nur die deutliche Zurückhaltung des Personals hinsichtlich grüßen der Gäste, weder beim Frühstück, noch auf den Etagen oder am Frontdesk, es gibt kein Hallo oder ähnliches, schade."
