„We loved the views across Douglas Bay and the location provided easy access to other parts of the Island. We would have appreciated a more consistent WiFi and TV connection as we had to reboot multiple times in the course of an evening but overall this did not detract from our positive experience staying here.“

„Overall very good, from a personal perspective it would be good if there was a king size bed, the main toilet upstairs the flush on the toilet was difficult to use. Very clean, thoughtful touches would definitely come back.“

„Kittiwake House was an excellent place to stay in Port Erin and a very convenient base for exploring all of Isle of Man. There's so much within a short walk (Tesco, restaurants, takeaway, The Isle of Man Railway, etc) that a handier location is hard to imagine. „Wonderful in-city location, walkable to shops, pubs, electric train, and other transport. Home was well appointed, fantastic ‘user notebook’ informative for all features of the home. Parking was tight but managers gave easy alternatives. Highly recommend for a stay.“

„Very overpriced. We were traveling with a group of 7 so we booked 2 exact apartments in the same building. Vrbo charged me more than our friends paid. They booked through Expedia. I will never use Vrbo again. The owner then charged me more money when we arrived, after the final online payment was made. He stated we didn’t pay for enough people, The apt sleep 7 we had 3 ppl in ours. Explain that? Pictures online were from another much nicer location (catfished). Very unclean. Cheap furniture ...

"We had a wonderful stay in the Halvard hotel. The staff were welcoming, and accommodating for our requests. Our room was clean, spacious and had a lovely view of the sea and the promenade. The breakfast was excellent, with good options for hot breakfast that's freshly prepared and a small buffet. The location of the hotel is great, being less than 10 min walk from the ferry passenger terminal, on the sea front and downtown area, and in walking distance to the bus station. We loved our stay here, it was the highlight of our trip! Thanks to the Halvard hotel team :)"
