„Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Da es im Zimmer keinen Kühlschrank gab und leider auch keine Eiswürfelmaschine auf dem Gelände, wurde uns mit Eis für die Kühlbox ausgeholfen. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Bad war etwas abgewohnt. Schönes Gelände mit Sonnenliegen, Sitzbereich und Grillmöglichkeit.“

„Very serene, beautiful setting. Just didn't work well for me not to have running water. For the rather high price of lodging, I wanted a little bit of luxury. Would be perfect for someone who prefers accommodations that are a bit more rustic. “

„Had an incredibly relaxing time staying at Lone Point Cellars. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The wine tasting room and dinner options were perfect. The grounds are meticulously kept and the views are incredible overlooking Lake Pateros, the Columbia River and Okanogan River. Thank you so much for an incredible stay, will definitely be back.“

„The views and sites we had from the home itself were more amazing than the photos. Great clear skies, great views for the sunrise and sunset. We brought our dogs and kids, everyone had a very relaxing time outside in the lake, hot tub and just playing games in the kitchen or lounging inside. „If you want something out of the ordinary that is really cool, this is the place. You are staying right on the water with the most incredible views of Lake Chelan. This is a perfect couple's getaway! Clean, cozy and great layout. The upper deck views are breathtaking. The marina clubhouse is fantastic! Great property manager. A wonderful stay!“

„We were impressed by the overall comfort and space of this rental. It’s big and roomy, clean, and has plenty of light. The views are wonderful, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils, and all the little details made this place a delightful place to stay.“

„We had some disappointing things occur during our stay starting with no BBQ on the deck. The listing wasn’t clear that the BBQ was communal, especially with the posted pictures of the deck with two BBQs on it. The internet was out off and on the last few days of our stay and the Keurig broke. Overall these were overcome with a great time on the lake and we enjoyed the location of the property. “

„Carol was fast to respond and so lovely! We had an evacuation notice of level one and she was so kind enough to give us another night on another date. The pool and hot tub for the perfect size for my young boys, and my youngest even learned to swim in her pool!!❤️❤️ The view is absolutely fantastic—-we went jet skiing right across the street and the location is so nice to get into town. We highly recommend!!“

The most annoying problem is that the AC is a in-the-wall unit and is very noisy, so noisy that we tried not to use it when we were in the condo. That was difficult because the weather was hot. We lost power for a few hours one morning (no fault of the hosts) but they promptly took care of it and we were quickly back in business. Hosts were polite and helpful but let us have our own time on the dock/lakefront - though we would have been happy for them to join us. House was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. I would definitely come back!“

Fine stay in Winthrop despite poor service

"Very relaxing stay - in se the hotel is very comfortable - pity that the service in the restaurant and at the reception was poor / that’s were as a guest you know you are not dealing with a family run hotel - staff is there to do the job and make money - restaurant food and service ia poor - hidden costs of 25 usd per day linked to „amenities“ which means you pay extra for the pool and the WiFi, independent if you use them or not. Poor communication at check out! "
