„The upsides: The room was great - roomy, beautiful and with one of the most comfortable beds ever! The staff was very helpful. I have never sent out my laundry at a hotel before and was a bit skeptical, but I got it back the same day in excellent condition. I actually forgot my bag full of important belongings, and the cleaner rushed to stop my driver from driving off, just to give me back my bag full of important items.
