„Loved our time here! Hosts were amazing, house was comfortable and homey. Kids loved the time in the pool. Location was perfect! Able to walk around downtown yet drive and visit other cool places in MI. Will be back! “

„We had a fantastic time, with so much to do outdoors, our 5 boys had no problem falling asleep completely exhausted at the end of the day. It’s a mix between “Glamping” and “camping” the cabin was super cute. Has a full fridge and microwave, with an outdoor grill. There’s no toilets or running water in the cabin, but the main lodge has showers and toilets and a full kitchen to use, and the cabin is like 50 feet from it. We had a blast and the kids have asked to come back here every year from now ...

„You might want to do more research before you book here. FYI this cabin does not have a bathroom. It is situated on an old Boy Scout Camp, and the bathroom facility is in the main lodge of the camp. There is a cabin within just a couple feet of this one, so there isn’t any privacy. The manager was kind, and since our stay did not match the description of the property, he did work with us to make it right.“

„Leider gab es keine Info das es keinen Badesteg gibt, kein Axt werfen oder Bogen Spielen, das Restaurant nur wenige Tage auf und leider kaum einer vor Ort vormittags. Nichts für Kinder außer der Pool .. sehr traurig alles , Fotos stimmen alle nicht mehr . Leider keine Reaktion seitens Expedia. So hätte ich es nicht gebucht ! “

„We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. Communication with the owners was quick, checkin and check out was seamless. It was nice to have access to a full kitchen and laundry room. We were a bit hot without AC, but that’s just us being nitpicky. We rented a pontoon from B&B marina across the lake, and returned it to the marina at night. We didn’t get much use out of the dock access, mainly because we rented the pontoon and didn’t need to. Overall, We highly recommend this rental!“

„Meals out on the deck, hot dogs cooked over a fire, several nice hiking trails nearby. Tricky to find, but clean, secluded, relaxing and comfy bed. Has fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, washer & dryer. Didn’t use all those myself, but someone else may who reads this review!“

„Very clean, everything we needed, very nice cabin“

„really quiet and I have a nice birdfeeder right outside the dining room window and you can watch the birds many different species, beautiful porch. You can look out the window in the morning and eat your breakfast and a great dock easy walk to fish and watch the river flow the my room had a overhead ceiling fan, which was awesome. This is a great place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend.“

„Amazing property and hosts. Would rebook this place in a second. Host was amazing to work with. If anything the pictures don’t do this property justice. Public beach is a short walk away. “

„Perfect for a girls weekend. There were 8 of us that came together from all over Michigan, Canada and Ohio to spend a weekend celebrating and floating down the Ausable. Having all the rooms upstairs was like being at camp with a huge living room for us all to come together. It was perfect. The wrap around porch and grill were heavily utilized. I would 100% recommend this property for family and friend gatherings. “
