„My partner and I stayed here while visiting North Caicos and were extremely pleased with the location, the cleanliness of the villa, and the surrounding area. The property is just a 1-minute drive or a 5-minute bike ride to a gorgeous, secluded beach, and about a 20-minute drive to nearby restaurants.
This villa does require a ferry ride between Providenciales and North Caicos, and Ransel, the property manager, was exceptionally courteous and supportive in helping arrange transportation and ...

„I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment.

„We are kiters so it is a fantastic location. Right on the Beach. The only AC is in the bedroom which worked great for sleeping but this means the rest of the house has no AC so keep the windows open. The screens need fixing and not all the windows will open because they are old and broken. Everything else worked in the house. Good water pressure in the shower too. If you are fine with the humidity and breeze you will be ok. I think the sofa is a pull out but I wouldn't make anyone sleep on it ...
