„Ther property itself is very nice. I personally was disappointed that the grill in the pictures was not available to us to cook on. All we had was a small tabletop weber grill that was provided as a replacement. As we were basing all our meals on a full-size grill, this was a giant bummer to my wife and I. The property owner did offer to refund us our money, but we decided to stay and just deal with it all. Other than the grill fiasco, we had a relaxing time. I would have given a higher star ...

„Dirty sheets, shower curtain, rug in sitting room filthy. Outside was full of weeds. Garage was filled with stinking garbage.
On the plus side it was a great location.
Far too expensive for what you get. If you had to sleep in the basement you would have nightmares.“

„I didn't receive an email for the code so when I arrived I had to contact the property manager. He was quick to respond. My issue with the property was that someone knew the code to the apartment I was staying in and broke in but left as soon as they heard I was there. I contacted the manager and all I was told was that no one from their team was there. I didn't feel safe and they didn't resolve my issue. I was expecting them to change the code or change me rooms but I had no reponse after I ...

„We enjoyed our stay during Christmas in Fargo. We appreciated the communication of the host and the little extras to make our stay special: Christmas tree/lights, candy, wine, and a bottle of sparkling juice for kids. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown Fargo, NDSU, and the airport. “

„When we arrived after 12 in the afternoon it reaked, was messy, and verry worn dirty carpets. It look nothing like what was showen on the photo's. We decided not to stay there, afraide of getting some bug or illness. Not up to any standerds. We gave it a minus star. We were miss informed on the add and would like our moneyback.“

„The good: close to NDSU campus & both the upper & lower duplex units give you a total of 6 bedrooms. Easy checkin & checkout process. The bad: there is a very strong cleaning/perfume oder in it which made it uncomfortable to spend much time in it. The photos of the listing are enhanced to make the place look much brighter & fresher than it really is. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom & dirty coffee maker. The flooring is creaky & in the downstairs you can hear every step taken upstairs.“
