„The property was as described in the listing. The host responded quickly to my questions. Our only complaint was the parking. We had a truck with a boat trailer behind and parking was very tight. The neighbors were very friendly.“

„Place was very clean and recently renovated. Neighbors were very friendly. Only downfall was you couldn’t get into the water from the dock and wade. It was very overgrown. We were able to get out in the water with kayaks onsite and we brought our own tubes and paddle board, so we paddled out and went swimming. Water was clean and refreshing. The fire pit was an unexpected added bonus. Nice to sit by the fire and lake at night. “

„We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Cottage very much. Sunsets were beautiful (see photo) and accommodations were great. Only issue we had was the coffee maker was not advertised as a Keurig. Minor setback was quickly resolved with a visit to the local Walmart . “

„We spent the weekend at this cottage and were able to host a graduation celebration for approximately 25. There was good space for accommodating a BBQ. Steve was very responsive and the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with needed items. Beautiful view of the lake! “

„Since we have kids in 3 states it’s challenging to get gifts home after our Christmas so about 5 years ago we decided to just pay for our family vacation and that would be everyone’s Christmas. Making memories and not having things that break or your outgrow. We had a lovely time at Lake James and hope to come back in 2 years “

„We had a great time staying in Emily’s lake house. Pictures portray it accurately. Inside of home has been completely renovated and is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Can’t beat the location right on the water. Short drive to Walmart, Meijer, Kohls among others. Nice choice of restaurants nearby. Snow lake connects to Lake James, and a few other Lakes. We spent time at the sandbar and went tubing. Would definitely stay here again! Kids kept asking if we could stay here again next year! “

„My family booked a last minute trip to Wall Lake and were delighted with the amazing property we stumbled into. The house is recently renovated with modern decor throughout. The patio overlooking the lake is perfect for enjoying a dinner near the water or watching the sunrise with a coffee in the morning. „The cottage provided us everything we needed. It was easy to get in and out and the owner was very responsive to requests. I have not had a gas stove since I was a kid living at home and I found that cooking on it was like riding a bike. It gave me a bit of nostalgia as well.The location was great for us. Close to town, and to our own cottage that is currently gutted. Also easy drive into the Lake James/Jimmerson area - which of course you need to arrive to Tom's Donuts early if you don't ...

„Here for the week with children and grandchildren. The house is beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best part was the "bunk room" for the grandchildren. [all eight of them] They could all stay in one room and had such a great time hanging out together. Communication with Kim was incredible!
