„Beautiful property and peaceful location! “

„We were overly impressed by this property and the location. The house was emasculate and had such great character in every room. Check in and communication with the property own were top notch. The main areas in the town are all within short walking distance of the home. We will definitely look for this home again next year when we come back to Maysville. We won Oktoberfest king 2025 so we’ll definitely be back!“

„We hosted 20 guys for a golf weekend during March Madness and loved all the sport options. Everyone had their own bed and the setup was great for a big group. “

„We had a truly wonderful stay at Jim’s cottage. The communication was great, the hosts were welcoming and beyond accommodating, and the cottage, furnishings, and amenities were just perfect. We can’t wait to come back! “

„The house was great. Kids loved the pool and petting the baby horses and cows. We had plenty of space for our big family. There was so much more provided than the listing says. There was a pack n play, baby swing and some other baby stuff. They also provided separate pool towels and plenty of bath towels. Plenty of extra toilet paper and cleaning supplies as well!“

„Amazing and relaxing stay! Place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Bunnies and horses greeted us as we arrived and throughout our stay. Keyless entry was convenient and owner was communicative and friendly. Even though I would recommend this place, I would say one downside is the location of the property. I have motion sickness and the drive to and from the location included lots of windy back roads for 20+ minutes which made me sick. Additionally, the closest convenience store is 15 ...

„This was my daughter’s preferred destination for her 13th birthday after we had visited about 4 years ago. The floor layout has changed a bit since the first trip, but all changes are improvements. It’s just an awesome place to hike, hang out, and decompress. We’ll definitely be back!“

„Beautiful property, set up was cute. Only issue we had was not being able to connect the soundbar to the projector to watch a movie. Would definitely stay again! “
