„The staff were extremely nice, and they double check the cleanliness and status of your room after turnover by the cleaning staff. They made a large effort to have the room ready for an earlier check-in. The room itself was very clean (and the bathroom products smell great). The hotel is situated next to the international tennis hall of fame and is a short walk to downtown, or you can take a slightly longer stroll and head toward the cliff walk/mansions! “

„We stayed 2 nights and the place is great, right outside Newport but close to the winery that we were able to walk to. The accomodations were excellent and provided everything we needed. Definitely going to keep this as a come back to place.“

„If there were a 10 star rating I would give it. Our stay was perfect. Cozy room, comfortable bed, a sweet breakfast with home baked breads. The property is immaculate. The wrap around porch was a special bonus. We sat outside each evening sipping wine and playing games. The neighborhood is beautiful and very safe. It is walking distance to Cliff Walk. „Communication with host was top notch! This little cottage was perfect for the 7 of us! Fully fully equipped with everything you need, incase you forgot something! Even slippers!!! Was maybe a 2 minute walk to the ocean, although it rained the entire time. They had plenty of games to keep us entertained. My favorite part, was as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning the was the view of the ocean, from the giant window! The hosts missed zero details designing this cottage! Would definitely ...

„The location of the property is excellent. Its in a very quiet residential neighborhood and is very private with a nice outdoor patio and yard. It is possible to walk to some neighboring businesses and restaurants and its very near some main roads to easily travel to Newport, Middletown, some hiking areas or the beaches. The house itself is modernized New England and charming. The stairs are quite steep and there should be a warning for those who might have a problem. We were there for 6 nights. ...

„We were very impressed with this property. So many rooms to spread out in with TVs in all those places. Beautiful scenery with water views. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get over to the road to Newport or Falls River, MA. We got to Cape Cod, Falmouth, and Martha's Vineyard with ease. “
