„Das Hotel ist einem sehr neuwertigen Zustand, leider konnte man kein Fenster öffnen daher war etwas schlechte Luft im Zimmer. Sonst war alles so wie es sein soll, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum aber noch zu Fuss in einer halben Stunde zu machen.“

„The apartments are spacious, modern and clean, fully equipped and convenient for travelers. The minor downsides for us were that there is no designated AC in the bedroom, so it might get a bit warm there in summer, the wifi signal was really weak in our appartment and the gym is really small. Nevertheless, overall I recommend this hotel for business and private travelers alike. “

„Easy access, lots of parking space“

„The rooms were super spacious with the most comfy beds and pillows and a great bathroom with rainforest shower.“

„Apartment was very tidy and plenty of room and would probably stay there again. The only issues were that the shower constantly dribbled all night (needs new washer). Car parking was good the first night. Someone took our park the second night. We had to park on the street. 2 or 3 broken cars around the property made it look untidy. “

„Pros: our 3 bedroom apartment was very large and beds very comfortable. Location was great. We walked everywhere and close to station. Nice bars close by. Cons: showers, glasses and cups were filthy and dishwasher didn’t work properly. Reception only open very limited hours each day. Wifi didn’t work the entire weekend. Sliding door to balcony didn’t shut properly/lock.“

„This is a very new property, clean and fresh. Not too far from central business district. Would come back again. The collection of keys are right outside the building in the bike rack. Dont get lost or go anywhere else. “

„Maintenance needed. No bowls, 1 teaspoon, 1 dinner plate, no dishcloth. Shower hose leaking, toilet seat broken, no coat hangers. Dirty wall. Otherwise ok.“

„We were in Newcastle for our daughter's hockey tournament. The apartment was close in proximity to the hockey fields with plenty of restaurants around. The amenities and space in the apartment was perfect for drying wet uniforms too. Beds were comfy. Check in process easy and security was great. There was always on street parking available too. Overall a really good experience. Thank you.“

„The apartment was a good size and had all the basics for what you need for a stay. A little confusing when you get there with a couple of entrances, open parking etc but communication from the management company was very good. I would definitely stay again. „The house was perfect for our party of 11 people to celebrate a family milestone birthday. Many great areas within the house to play, relax, chat and rest. The host was very accommodating for our last minute booking owing to the recent rains & floods Newcastle was suffering from at the time. The kitchen, dining and lounge area was perfect for the catering team to prepare and serve the birthday meal. An excellent stay and will most certainly return.“

"The hotel is within an entertainment centre with bars, casino etc. The room was spacious, clean and kept in perfect condition. Breakfast was excellent, plenty to choose from. The only thing we did not particually like was the layout of the pool. There are no ledges under water to stand on, the bottom goes down steep from the sides. The bottom is covered with a rough kind of material and that actually caused an injury to a foot. For the rest, we loved our stay and recommend it to everybody "
