„This was such a great place to stay as I passed thru Kansas. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was so serene. The "host" cats and their kittens were so cute and friendly and the horses added to the tranquility. It was a treat to see the stars at night too. Hosts were great to communicate with too! Highly recommend! “

„The house is an older home with newer flooring. It was neat and clean, beds were nice, but it could use a door mat or rug inside to put boots or shoes, so that tracking mud/dirt wouldn't have been a problem, as we had snow while there. It would be nice to have hooks or towel bars in the bathroom or kitchen for damp towels to dry. The bathroom is small and would be cramped for a larger or tall person. There was only one outlet in the bedrooms, so extension cords were present, which were unplugged ...

„This review a bit late as stayed in late May. This property was beautiful, well maintained and nice touches provided from coffee, snacks and even fresh eggs. We stayed for 3 nights and location was great for us as close to downtown Hays and close to the university where my son goes. Of course nothing too far in Hays! LOL!“
