„The house is very large, which was great for our family and teenager's friends, and we could all find a space to come together or be in quiet space. Pool and pool table was well used over the week. The weather was quite hot, and although the fans helped it we appreciate that it would be difficult to have air con for such a large space, which was the only downside to our stay during very hot weather. The surrounds are lovely countryside, wildlife was lovely such as kangaroos nearby each day, and ...

„We stayed at the property for 4 nights. It was marvellous. The hosts were welcoming and friendly without being suffocating. The property was cool, self-contained and fenced; perfect forour dog.We had a few visits from Eddie the dog, who liked to keep an eye on things and made friends with our dog.Rosellas in the trees, chickens running around, cow in the fields - it was the perfect xmas getaway fir us. Thank you!“

„Great house for larger family.4 big bed rooms with very nice beds.Steep stairs to get down from road to house, not a problem if you are healthy but older or not walking 100% it is worth knowing. We had an absolutely lovely stay and the patio is great.Only thing I'd do to improve is to add some basic kitchen items such as salt, pepper maybe canola oil or similar.“

„Fantastic location and a great family home away from home to stay. Nambucca is a gem of a town to stay. The property was immacuate with the added bonus of a beautiful garden and river views. IGA is a close river walk and the beach is a quick drive around the corner. Five adults comfortably fit with lots of room and everything you need to cook and chill out. Prompt and helpful contact with the owners if needed.The Golden Sands pub had great meals and the trivia night was a lot of fun. Dave's ...

„Except for the dishwasher and washroom locks not working, everything is perfect with this house. It’s in an excellent location, and I will visit again. “

„Property was well presented, large and plenty of room for 5 adults and 5 children/young teenagers. Check in was easy. Well equipped kitchen with all the glasses, plates, frying pans etc that you could need. Table Tennis table was added bonus as we had cold, wet weather and could not really use the pool. “

„Great place, we had a lovely time. We had a small problem with the WiFi on day one and the owners were very prompt with fixing the problem. My son loved the games that were there. “

„The cottage was clean and set up as requested, with sofa bed made up for sleeping. Janene was friendly and gave advice on where to eat locally. Beautiful view of lake and loved hearing birds in the morning. Kitchenette was well set up and porridge sachets a hit on cold morning.“

„Absolutely fabulous! The Bungalow at Sawtell was recommended to us by close friends who had stayed previously. Presentation was excellent, the location was ideal (directly across the road from the beach) and The Bungalow itself was comfortable and relaxing. We would definitely recommend staying at The Bungalow in Sawtell.“
