„Nice place to stay in Kazbegi, the property was sufficient in most ways. Close to the main road which has restaurants and taxis available. Beds were good. Room was clean Points to improve would be - hot water. Hot water was available but mostly it was warm to regular only. Microwave if available will be very helpful as heating/ reaheating of food was only possible with the stove. Major missing point was a storage cupboard. No place to hang your clothes or store them. Every single detail is amazing, interior is very unique, air conditioning and amenities are super, fast internet. Bedrooms are quiet, beds comfortable, bathrooms are sparkling clean. Overpriced and old

"This hotel was a huge disappointment. Completely overpaid for what you get. It is not modern, but a 60-70 year old building. The ceiling in the room is very low, the bed is made of metal and looks like a prison. We didn't need the air conditioning because the ventilation panel was very dusty and dirty. You get a 3-star service for a 5-star price. The only beer available cost an unbelievable USD 8.30 for 33cl. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am and you have to queue for a long time because all the guests want breakfast early. I strongly recommend the owner to go to a hotel management school!"
