„This is a great place to stay. We celebrated our 50th anniversary with entire family. Even though weather was too cool for beach, everyone had a great time swimming, using the hot tub and playing games. After children were in bed, the adults enjoyed time outside around electronic fire pit. My only negative thought is that if you have any type of immobility issue, you won’t be going down the 83 steps to the beach. “

„The amenities in this house were nice. However, unexpected damaging weather took out the power. It was not resolved for 27 hours, but at least now they have a generator in place for the next time this might happen. The kitchen was well stocked and appreciated. Communication was easy. If we make it to Muskegon again, we will stay here again. “

„It was ok. Parking is poor can barley get a car down the drive way. Had to park our trucks on the street. It a shared drive as well. Couch is broken down. Mattresses not great. Ran out of toliet paper . No ac in one of the bedrooms upstairs.“

„My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as a little getaway. The cottage was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable as well. There was a strong smell of what we think must be burnt popcorn in the kitchenette area. It wasn’t unbearable though. The kitchenette had everything you would need to cook a small meal which was nice. The disposable coffee cups were so nice to have so we could take a coffee to-go. „Beautiful condo! The building has so much history and beautiful architecture. The balcony and outside space is a great addition. The host, so generous and accommodating! Close to the waterfront, restaurants and shopping. The building has a fourth floor sitting room where you can see the nightly show on the banks of the river. Only downfall, for those who appreciate more quiet space, you can hear activity in adjoining condo and street noise. Otherwise, this is a lovely place to enjoy.“

„Great spot on the Grand River! Lots of kayaks and 2 SUPs to explore the nearby side lake. Lovely host. Great back deck, board games, decor, well stocked kitchen for cooking. No dishwasher but lots of paper products. Yucky water but lots of bottled water. “

„My boyfriend and I LOVED this property! It’s gorgeous, spacious, and private. I found the hanging tent incredibly comfortable! Bathroom was clean and actually smelled very nice! Owner was kind enough to share a list of local attractions! We loved exploring the area and especially enjoyed Rosy Mound. If you want to go pack light and prepare for a long hike with steps! Totally worth it for the amazing view and less crowded beach! 10/10 would recommend this spot for a nice private camping trip“

The futon/pullout was not really meant for sleeping. There were not linens for the futon or pillow cases for the extra pillows. The double bed did have pillowcases and sheets.
