„We were infested by mayflies inside, had to leave after second day of 4 day stay...trying to get partial refund. rotten wood on bottom of door open to outside. trash in yard, filthy dishes in kitchen, fish hooks in carpet. didn't know it was upstairs only until day before we got there, which was difficult for my wife. I doubt this place would pass an inspection!“

„We checked in at the appointed time, just after 4, and found dirty dishes in the sink, dirty floors, dirty clothes in the washer, beds unmade, dead bugs. The only good thing I can say about it is that the bugs were dead. This place was totally a mess. We found lodging at a nearby hotel and are still working to settle for a full refund! I would NOT recommend this property, or the manager in charge of it to anyone! Much too slow to make good on the promised full refund.“

„Great house. We were on a 12 man golf trip and the place was perfect. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, short rides to where we needed to go, and Chris was an excellent host. A, highly recommend. “

„Well-kept older property but nicely set up for guests and very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked, though we didn't end up cooking there. My only issue was the lack of instructions from the owner (e.g., tv was complicated but no instructions), and we didn't know if there were things we were to do before checking out).“

"Nice hotel in downtown Iowa City. The most reasonably priced Hyatt I have ever stayed at. Great room on top floor of high rise building. Great bed, great bathroom and shower… Breakfast also very nice… the only draw back is that parking costs extra. But in this town… parking is expensive anywhere downtown,"
