„Very cold, couldn’t get heating working properly the first night, owner came & adjusted it for second night, marginally better but still not really warm. Place was in need of a good clean (microwave plate grimy, cups very stained) pathway to get in quite steep & covered with slippery leaves & a hose lying across it - quite hazardous but could easily have been fixed. All in all, not a very satisfactory place.“

„A gorgeous cottage , with everything we needed for a short stay whilst visiting the area , highly recommended it for anyone who wishes to visit Maldon and surrounding areas , couldn’t have asked for more , hope to return again in the future. “

„The layout in a linear condo style made it spacious with all you’d need with kitchen, bed area and bathroom spa. Bed was big an comfortable with a gas log fire that kept the place very warm. Good location near spa centre but private. A short drive into Daylesford. Could do with some good ground coffee and plunger or capsule. Otherwise great“

„A gorgeous, clean, very affordable, peaceful cottage. In walking distance to shops and across from a lovely lake. Plenty of room for the dog too. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Ian was very contactable. Easy drive to Daylesford and Ballarat. Will definitely be coming back. “

„The owners were amazing. They let me know I could check in early, they served us at the Brewery next door and they were so lovely. Highly recommend this place. It is also close to the town but far enough you get some peace“

„I spent one night in the cabin with my kids. It was a great accommodation with open space in the front. Nice, tidy and organised stuffs inside. Varieties of board games to enjoy with kids and of course lots of stuffs for snakes and breakfast. Highly recommended.“

„Myself and 4 other mum friends stayed her for 2 nights. Was cosy, and peaceful. Played games and enjoyed the scenery. Friendly magpie thats into being friends. Nespresso machine was fab too! Would definitely book again! “

„I stayed with my two children and my parents, and this accommodation suited us perfectly. Rooms were well appointed, great bathroom facilities (including a 3rd toilet downstairs) and plenty of space for us all. We enjoyed walking to various locations (Lake Weeroona, Rosalind Park, Golden Dragon Museum, Bendigo Woollen Mills) each day. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay with everything we needed and more!“
