„Greatly enjoyed the property for our holiday get together for family from different directions. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and game room (also the sound system)!One mention would be that the kitchen could use new cooking items, particularly pans and cookie sheets. The bedrooms and bathrooms were quite satisfactory. Overall, it was a great place for our family! Thank you“

„This house was perfect for our annual Guys Weekend (a few dads in their 40s and 50s).Plenty of room, clean, and quiet. We appreciated the fussball table, dart board, and comfortable living room with a big TV for sports. Fishing was good too, caught quite a few bass, and we got a kick out of the boat. We all agreed this place was great, and would recommend to all. “

„We stayed for 3 nights and we were very comfortable!! Because of wind we didn’t get to use outside fire pit, but everything was supplied had we been able too. Would definitely stay here again. Don’t let the one run down property on the road in deter you. Great clean little place “

„Although my group stay was short…the place was amazing. Vintage historic place that was amazingly upgraded with nice amenities. Location was perfectly located in the heart of Springfield. I would definitely recommend this place to stay if coming to Springfield.“

„We came to the area to attend a Celebration of Life for a very dear member of our family. There was plenty of room for us. The home is just as pictured and located on the far west side of Springfield. Close to restaurants and shopping. Home has a large bright nicely stocked kitchen including all kitchen utensils one might need for cooking, a laundry area just outside the kitchen with washer and dryer. „Hosts have thought of everything!“

„An older apartment refurbished recently, but not quite all finished with it, particularly in the bathroom where the door won't close and there are holes in the shower walls. Rest of apartment very clean and kitchen pretty well equipped for cooking, except the coffee maker was missing the brewing basket , which made it useless. Up a two story flight of stairs. Great location but confusing to find because there was no number visible on the building.“
