„Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est magnifique, les prestations sont de grande qualité et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace spa, très agréable (même si nous avons parfois constaté que la règle concernant la présence des enfants après 18h30 n’était pas toujours respectée). Un petit point d’amélioration concerne le service du snack. Le serveur est très volontaire et sympathique, mais il semble clairement débordé : manque de cartes disponibles, ...

„Il était une fois un tenancier sympa, qui raisonnablement donne satisfaction sur tout point de vue. Il en de la responsabilité du résident d'appliquer le minimum syndical. Au niveau de juste lui demander s'il a un torchon de serviette sous le coude. Afin d'essuyer sa propre vaisselle. Au niveau des prestations d'un appartement satisfaisant, avec des ustensiles de cuisines à la hauteur, une literie convenable, des sanitaires propres. „Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. “

"I stayed here during UTMB. While the location is excellent (very close to Chamonix) and the room itself was clean and quiet, my overall experience was ruined by theft. One of the cleaning staff stole my AirPods from the room. I was only able to recover them because I tracked them down myself. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about security and trust at this hotel. A clean room and good location mean little if guests cannot feel that their belongings are safe. I cannot recommend this hotel until management takes real action to prevent this from happening again."
